When you RSVP on our website, it will show exactly who is included on your invitation—whether that’s just you, you and a guest, or your whole family. If you don’t see your children listed, that’s likely a mistake! Please reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll get it sorted out to ensure everyone is included. If you don’t see a plus one listed but were hoping to bring someone, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate if space allows!

The dress code is formal / black tie optional. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but not required. Suits, cocktail or full-length dresses are perfect. Note: The weather in Mayodan, NC in early October is usually mild during the day and cooler in the evening, so you may want to bring a light jacket or wrap.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors -weather permitting of course. The reception will be held indoors.

Yes! Everything will take place at Autumn Creek Vineyards. After the ceremony, we’ll move right into cocktail hour and the reception.

We’ve got you covered! There will be light snacks and drinks during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dessert at the reception. We’re excited to share a meal and celebrate with you!

Yes! We’re offering an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and alcoholic slushies. Unfortunately due to venue restrictions, liquor cannot be served.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at Autumn Creek Vineyards. A golf cart shuttle will also be on hand to help guests to get from the parking lot to the ceremony area. No long walks in dress shoes required!

Your presence will be missed. We kindly ask that you RSVP “No” as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP’d “Yes”, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify us asap!
